    2010 The Memorial Tournament Review:
    This weeks PGA TOUR golf tournament is the Memorial Presented by Morgan Stanley. Jack Nicklaus designed Murfield Village Golf Club and this is his host event. Jack did an amazing job creating this facility in Ohio and is considered one of the best non-major golf tournaments in the world.

    On Wednesday June 2nd, there is schedule to be the 2nd annual Skins Game. Last year it was a major hit with Tiger chipping in on the last hole to clean house. It was an added event in replace to the Pro-Am.

    The Memorial Tournament Picks:
    Well, here we go again, Tiger Woods will be in the field for this weeks PGA TOUR golf tournament. Also in the field will be world #2 Phil Mickelson. Phil had the chance to win last week and take over Tiger’s #1 ranking, but instead failed to make the cut. This will be an exciting tournament to watch with several of the best players in the world competing this week, and all eyes will be on Tiger and Phil again.

    To win Jack’s golf tournament, a player must have the complete game. My top 6 picks this week are Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Steve Stricker, Ernie Els, Zach Johnson and Jim Furyk. I do predict one of these 6 players winning this week, and out of these 6 I like Phil, Ernie and Furyk the best. Tiger will win and win soon, but he is still going through some major personal issues and neck injury. Stricker was out for 6 weeks with an injury but did play last week at Colonial to defend his title. And Zach Johnson just won last week and it’s extremely tough to win back to back weeks on the PGA TOUR. Those are my Top Picks, we will see how they finish.

    Orlando Magic:
    The Orlando Magic won’t give up just yet! They won again last night on their home court in Orlando, cutting the deficit to 3-2 in the seven game series. The Magic continued to play an overall solid game, and more importantly are playing like they should be. Game 5 was a very physical game and definitely favored the Magic. Orlando will need to remain physical to have a chance in Game 6 in The Garden.

    Boston Celtics:
    The Boston Celtics have hit a road bump in the last 2 games. Boston was up 3-0 in the series, and now it’s at 3-2. Celtics fans might be sweating a little now, especially since Game 5 was so physical and several of their players got injured. Their have been reported a few concussions for Boston players, and several technicals were given out as well. We will see if Boston can turn their game around and close out this series.

    Orlando Magic vs Boston Celtics Prediction:
    If you look at several of the betting websites online, you will notice most are favoring the Celtics by only 3 points. That should give you an idea of how close this game is going to be. If several players from the Celtics didn’t get injured in Game 5, it would be an easy prediction towards Boston closing this series out. However, I am going to remain favoring the Celtics in Game 6, but I must say it will be a much closer game than anticipated. In the end, Boston Celtics beat the point spread in a high scoring game.

    Phoenix Suns:
    The Phoenix Suns played another great game at home in Game 4 of the third round in the NBA Playoffs. Phoenix beat the Lakers by 9 points again for a second straight time. If they continue to play the way they are playing they have a decent chance at winning this series, but it’s going to be tough to win Game 5 in Los Angeles.

    Los Angeles Lakers:
    The Los Angeles Lakers are continuing to struggle against the Suns. Nobody on the Lakers is stepping up to help their team win other than Kobe Bryant. Kobe cannot beat the Suns alone and he is starting to show frustration amongst his teammates if you saw his post game interview. The Lakers have to many talented players and size on their team to let the Suns dominate like they have in the last two games.

    Phoenix Suns vs Los Angeles Lakers Prediction:
    The Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers are tied at two games a piece going into Game 5. Both teams have won their two games at home, and this game will be played in Los Angeles. The Lakers need a shift in energy and I think their home fans will give them the support and energy they need to take a 1 game lead in this series. For Game 5, I predict the Lakers to re-group and take control of this game. They have been dominant at home all year, in the regular season and post season, and I foresee that streak to continue. Lakers beat the point spread in another high scoring game.

    Boston Celtics:
    The Boston Celtics won the first 3 games of this series in style and ease. Although they did lose game 4, which yes did surprise me especially since it was played in Boston, the Celtics have beaten the Magic twice in this playoff series in Orlando. Game 5 will be in Orlando once again and we will see if the Celtics can shutout the Magic on their home court and advance to the NBA Championship Game.

    Orlando Magic:
    The Orlando Magic finally showed great heart in their win the other day against the Celtics in Boston. They are down 3-1 games in a best of 7 series. It would be mind boggling if Orlando lost 3 straight home playoff games against the same team. If they continue to play like they did in the last game they should be able to see a game 6.

    Boston Celtics vs Orlando Magic Prediction:
    The Boston Celtics will be playing the Orlando Magic in a must win game for the Magic. A win by Boston will advance them to the NBA Finals, and most likely an exciting Celtics vs Lakers Championship series. For Orlando to win this game they must shutdown Rondo and Dwight Howard having another dominate game like they did in Game 4. The third thing the Magic must to do win this game is Vince Carter must step up his game and play like we all know he is capable of playing, and not like he played in Game 4 where I believe he had 3 points. A 3 point performance by superstar Vince Carter will not be good enough to beat the Celtics again. I predict Boston closing out this series in Game 5 at Orlando in a low scoring defensive battle.
